Our services

The bar at La Cafe del Poli is our focal point, but it’s also the base for our catering services.

We offer both hot and cold food, snacks, and drinks. Some of the events we cater for include:

  • Parties and gatherings like birthdays or anniversaries
  • Weddings and communions
  • One-off or regular sports events (e.g. a Saturday cycling meet-up)
  • Business events and corporate celebrations

Who we cater for

We can host events here at La Cafe del Poli in La Drova, or we can bring the catering to you if you are within a 25 km radius.

We work with small groups (under 10 people) as well as larger gatherings of up to 25–30 guests.

We can provide anything from light snacks and drinks to full buffets or 3- to 4-course menus.

We also offer options to suit specific dietary or nutritional needs.

Examples of menus

Here are a few examples of what we can prepare for different events:

Celebration with friends

OPTION 1: Evening get-together

  • Patatas bravas with our signature sauces, onion rings, cheese fingers, battered squid or chopitos
  • A selection of croquettes
  • Valencian cocas with toppings like espencat, sausage, or cherry tomatoes with feta

OPTION 2: Midday vermouth hour

  • Vermouth 4 Xavos from Barx
  • Classic bar snacks like crisps and olives
  • Anchovies, razor clams or mussels from the top Galician providers

Family buffet

  • Platters of cured iberico ham, cheeses with nuts, fresh fruit and bread
  • Chicken curry or tomato empanadas
  • Mini tartlets, individual salads, skewers
  • Fruit baskets or a mix of desserts

Weekly sports meet-up

  • Special hot or cold sandwiches
  • A variety of salads
  • Fresh juices
  • Homemade desserts
