In the heart of La Drova, just outside Barx (Valencia), La Cafe del Poli is more than just a stop for some coffee. It’s a meeting place, a local hub, a space for relaxed conversations and comforting flavours.

The Vermouth Hour!
During the summer months, our “Vermouth Hour” (at 12 noon) is very popular. We serve Barx's own 4 Xavos Vermouth accompanied by an exceptional set of nibbles of anchovies, razor clams, or mussels.

Our surroundings
Surrounded by nature in a quiet corner at the south of Valencia Province, La Cafe del Poli sits in the mountains, just a short drive from the renowned blue-flag beaches of Gandía.
We’re located on the grounds of the sports centre (polideportivo) in La Drova, just outside Barx, in a perfect spot to relax, enjoy good food, and connect with the outdoors.
